My filling had dropped out after three years, exposing the layers beneath, and they were able to schedule an appointment within just two days. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Dr. Furoni was extremely professional and kind—she took the time to understand what happened, checked for any other issues, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Worst dental practice I've ever been to. My partner was the patient, and on her first appointment we were kept waiting for an hour with no explanation other than Dr Marcos was out of the practice when he had patients waiting. There was no apology either when he returned. On the 2nd appointment we were waiting for over 30 mins, again no apology. On the 3rd, he was out of the office again, apparently on errands, this time I had something to say to the receptionist, he arrived without a care in the world, we had been kept waiting again.
