Very disappointing experience overall. The dentist is almost always running late, showing little respect for patients’ time. The reception area is messy and unwelcoming, with nothing provided to make the long wait any easier — not even a newspaper or magazine. The exterior of the practice is also quite off-putting, with strange stains and an overall neglected appearance.
I've had a very painful experience with the hygienist, which never happened in the past. When having my teeth polished, she rubbed my lips and tongue as well, which was extremely painful. On top of that, the assistant's attitude was unfriendly. Very disappointing after so many years with the practice.
I have been to Cornmarket Dental Practise for years and have seen Dr Barrett. They are always efficient, friendly and provide quality dental services. I have just had root canal treatment with Dr A Jones, their root canal specialist - he was very thorough, explained every step clearly, achieved a very successful result and provided the service with humour and made it a very pleasurable experience! I would recommend the practise and Dr A Jones
