I’ve had a great experience at Damira Bury Knowle. I completed my Invisalign treatment with them, and I was really happy with the results and the level of care throughout the process. More recently, I needed a crown due to a cracked tooth. The dentist explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and the treatment was carried out professionally. They did cancel my original appointment but another one the following week was easily arranged at a time to suit myself. The actual appointment went well, and I was seen on time. The dentist was friendly and very efficient putting my mind at ease. Afterwards, a further appointment was easily arranged to suit myself by a very pleasant male at the reception.

Honestly can’t thank Dr Almutaz Khair enough. My children were extremely anxious, but he was so calm, patient and gentle with them. He explained everything step by step in a way they could understand and never once rushed them, which really put us at ease. He constantly checked they were okay and made sure they felt safe and comfortable the whole time. As a parent, that meant everything to me. The nurse assisting was also absolutely lovely — so reassuring and attentive, and honestly such a beautiful, kind presence which helped keep the children calm. Came in this morning for my appointment and had the kids with me and even though we were with a different nurse I still asked for Mehreen to take them because they trust her so much and feel completely at ease with her. The second she spoke to them they relaxed and you can just feel her calm gentle motherly energy she genuinely cares and is such a good nurse. Her smile alone makes children feel safe straight away. I always want her to be our nurse because visits feel easy and stress free when she’s around and as a mum that kind of trust means everything!
