First of all let me say I am a nervous patient and have had bad experiences in the past. Unlike other dental practices where there are multiple dentists in one place and you feel like things are rushed in order to see as many patients as possible. this experience was very different. From the moment I walked in it felt warm and inviting with a lovely receptionist who booked me in. I didnt get her name but she was pleasant and chatty.
