The staff are incredibly friendly, talented, they know you, they are swift at their job and most importantly, I had clear correct done in their establishment and I loved it! One year and my teeth went from this to this, the orthodontist was incredibly thorough and patient and honest throughout, making sure all the follow-ups and checkups are done to ensure the health of the teeth, worth every penny!

Taha Ajmal was extremely patient, kind and supportive throughout necessary and difficult extractions. He took on board and remembered that I am autistic, photosensitive, and have anxiety, and he took great care to ensure that I was well informed of and fully supported throughout my procedure. He made a necessary call to stop an infection from progressing further, and potentially making me seriously ill. I cannot recommend him more highly, in terms of both practice and sensitive patient care.

In my first appointment I was told I needed to come back for two fillings and a scale and polish (but one of the fillings might be root canal). I book this in and being over £300 I opt for the 3 month payment plan. I come back and am told I need a root canal and so my bill will be adjusted for one of the fillings to be a root canal. I ask at the end of this appointment if I’ll be getting my scale and polish and get told “not today”. My bill is now over £700 so I ask if I can change it to the 10 month plan and get told I can’t because the first 3 month one is already set up. I come back a 3r…
