As someone who is quite scared of dentists due to past experiences, an emergency appointment led me to JDRM. I'm so glad it did.The staff are all friendly, and from walking in the door you are made to feel at ease. The reception team are friendly and confirm all appointments by email and a call 24-48 hours before. Malcolm and his team are fantastic. 100% Reassuring, have patience, they don't rush you and overall excellent at what they do. Highly recommend JDRM Oakham.

They don’t answer the phone - multiple days over different periods of time calling!! Are the owner and manager aware of this? I’ve actually been in the branch and receptionist sat there with no customers not attending to the phones. This is unacceptable - priority is to answer and communicate with customers. This needs urgently looking into and staff need training regarding the importance of this. It’s unacceptable and I’m sure myself and plenty of others will consider another practise should it be allowed to continue.

Recently, l had a problem with my tooth and contacted JDRM at Oakham. I was told to come in by the receptionist ( Ana ). I was attended to by the dentist ( Binita ) and the nurse ( Bracken ). All the procedures are explained and I was made comfortable. What a brilliant team. Thank you so much.
