Best hygienist appointment I’ve ever experienced. Previously every hygienist appointment has felt a lot like enduring a torture chamber, even to the point that I was convinced it’s just part of dentistry. Goodness me, Laura has totally changed my opinion about that.i didn’t wince once, using her dentistry tools to clean my teeth without digging in or down on my teeth. If not for any other reason that this on its merit alone - I cannot recommend this dentist and Laura specifically enough. Bravo & thank you - I will no longer avoid this appointment like I’m paying to be hurt.
I had a fantastic experience at Market Place Dental in Uppingham with Dr Rupali Chhatrisha. She was extremely gentle, thorough and explained everything clearly throughout my treatment. The whole team were welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The practice is spotless and modern – I’d highly recommend Dr Rupali and the team to anyone looking for high-quality dental care!
I am a bit late with this. However I never thought I would be writing a 5* review in relation to a visit to the Dentist! From the moment you walk though the door and are greeted by the lovely Reception staff I started to feel at ease. Then Shrik, who was totally calming and explained the procedure all the way through between Shrik, and Chloe his Dental Nurse I was totally put at ease and my anxiety of having my tooth crowned ebbed as throughout every step of the way I was told what was happening, constantly reassured and asked often if I needed a break etc. At each stage of all my appointm…
Excellent service. I have a fear of dental treatment and Shrik’s understanding, calm and kind approach made me feel completely relaxed . Reception and dental assistant staff excellent also. 10 out of 10.
