Awful customer service from an extremely aggressive sounding woman who answers the phone/books appointments. My son's appointment finally came around, took time off school, only for it to be cancelled 15mins before the appointment time. The dentist was apparently arriving in the country that morning and his plane had been delayed. This seems exceedingly unprofessional. 03/09 - edit The response from Julie is an example of disjointed communications between the surgery and the parent company( MyDentist). I logged the issue with MyDentist almost 2 weeks ago and I've been waiting for the Practice Manager to call me for almost 2 weeks. I went private with Deana who treated me over the 2 years, she went on to correct my over bite and my cross bite, She provided excellent service with how she spoke and listened to me throughout my whole treatment. The nurses were super polite and helpful through my treatments. The receptionist was great when booking appointments and for any emergency appointments or cancellation. They would send reminder texts days before and promptly inform you of any changes in you’re appointment.

The orthodontist practice is lovely, the staff are very kind and respectful. They let me know about all the parts of my journey and what to expect. Highly recommend!
