Im always welcomed by lovely receptionists, soon as you walk in the surgery. I've been with my dentist Caroline for many years now and I've always been happy with how caring and fantastic she is at what she does. She talks me through what she is doing, puts me at ease every time. Her dental nurse Poppy is also fantastic and caring in her job. I wouldn't go to any other dental practice. Well done Westdale for all your hard work it's really appreciated.
I was referred to Westdale Dental for NHS surgery on a tricky wisdom tooth. From the first phone call, everything was clear, professional, and reassuring. I went in expecting just a consultation and X-ray and ended up leaving with the tooth removed the same day! The surgery is modern and very clean. Jenny was friendly and thorough during the X-ray, and Sharif was incredibly patient and calming - especially as I was very nervous. He gave me the option to go away and think about it, but I decided to get it done. I didn’t feel anything at all, just a bit of pressure, and it was over very quick…
As a nervous patient this dental surgery exceeded my expectations. Karolina and her assistant Magda are incredible! Caroline (hygenist) and her assistant (apologies I forgot your name) were really great too. Also, Zoe and the reception staff deserve a mention, they're all fantastic.
I had my check up appointment today with Sherif. Westdale surgery is so friendly and I always feel more relaxed once I walk through the door, I have been a patient there for around 35 years and it has always been very professional. Sherif is really lovely and again makes me feel calmer as I am quite nervous going to the dentist but when I walk out I always question myself to why I get nervous.
