Fantastic experience at this new dental practice! The clinic is very clean with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are lovely, friendly, and professional, making the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. Amit completed my treatment with no problems. Highly recommend!
It was a very positive experience. Everyone was welcoming and understanding. Although I eventually had to leave after waiting a long time to be seen by the accounting department, this was due to delays caused by previous clients, which showed their dedication to customer care. This was completely understandable and beyond their control, and we were able to resolve the accounting matters over the phone.
Excellent experience at Toothbank. After a bad experience previously at another dentist, I've been quite apprehensive about going to the dentist. However, since visiting Toothbank, they have put my mind at ease. All staff I've dealt with this far have been very professional and friendly 😊
Staff always friendly, makes you feel at ease. Competitive prices. Dentist visits are never an enjoyable experience, but I have only had good experiences here, both for myself and my elderly mother.
