I’ve been a patient of this practice for several years. From the moment you walk through the door there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere; clearly down to the attitude of the reception staff; first impressions are important, especially in this situation. I have always felt confident in the skill of the specialist practitioners, who combine professional and friendly approaches. For anyone who takes their health seriously, I can fully recommend this practice in this specialist area.
I have a huge phobia of dentists. The staff and dentists at The Smile Centre take their time with me, always make me feel relaxed and reassured. If I need to stop for any reason they will do. They're always happy and friendly, very professional and do a great job.
A large old filling fell out on Monday. I was lucky to get a cancellation for Wednesday. Got in the chair a few minutes early, teeth were examined and the filling was replaced. Didn’t feel the injection which is always good! Very happy with the entire process.
I had a difficult molar extraction at The Smile Centre and was genuinely impressed by how smoothly it went. The dentist was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting. I was expecting a fair bit of discomfort, but the entire procedure was completely pain-free — even though it wasn’t an easy tooth to remove. The dentist was also kind and reassuring with a good sense of humour too throughout, which really helped me relax. Excellent care all round — highly recommended if you’re anxious about dental work or facing a tricky extraction.
