I had a really positive experience with my teeth straightening treatment at The Dental Suite in Nottingham. My treatment lasted around 19 months, and throughout the entire journey the customer service was excellent. A special thank you to Anna, the orthodontist, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring at every appointment. Have been going to the Dental Suite for years now. Originally had braces with Anna, but since then I am regularly going to Libby (Dental Hygienist) and Kiren (Dentist) who are both amazing. Great service and ever so friendly environment- I can only recommend them :)
I attended The Dental Suite in Nottingham for a consultation to discuss pain management for an ongoing dental issue, as well as to enquire about some potential cosmetic work. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative and left me feeling judged, intimidated, and unheard. From the moment I entered the room, I was made to feel uncomfortable and deeply self-conscious about the condition of my teeth.
