I cannot rate highly enough the practitioners and receptionists at this Orthodonist. My teenage son has not entirely cooperated with his treatment but they have been patient, kind and accommodating. They provide a very professional service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My only gripe is that there is no lift so if you struggle with mobility, there are a lot of stairs to climb!

Alternative apppointment options were always given. Appointments were always kept - for us, none had to be cancelled and rearranged. Staff were always polite and answered any questions. The Appointments never felt rushed. We were never more than 10mins late going into a booked appointment- session timekeeping was accurate which matters as the surrounding streets are on a pay meter.
