I had my procedure done recently and I cannot praise this clinic enough. The whole experience was incredibly comfortable, relaxing and completely stress-free. The clinic itself is beautiful and calm, but it is the staff who truly make it exceptional. Every single person I interacted with was warm, supportive and genuinely caring. I had a bone biopsy done yesterday on my foot, and I can't thank the staff enough for the wonderful care I received! From the minute I arrived I was kindly greeted by the lovely ladies on reception. I then was escorted upstairs by the anaesthetist Jose. Best anaesthetist ever, and trust me I have seen many! He was so kind, caring and professional. Unfortunately his services don't extend to marrying one of my daughters, as I did ask. I barely felt him put local anaesthetic in my foot and didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure. Absolute joke called regarding blood test told no appointments asked if i could sit and wait got there at 8:30 told all appointments gone i said yeah i asked ɓy phone yesterday could i sit and wait she said all slots are gone i mean what ??? Its a blood test takes minuites i would of sat quietly and waited but no not allowed all slots are gone joke told i could have an appointment in 2 weeks when my opperation is in 6 days really health caree what care?
