I attended Night & Day Emergency Dental Service following an accident where I was accidentally kicked in the face, which left my lower incisor feeling loose. The employees I encountered were generally friendly, but the experience overall left me feeling quite uneasy. I was in a lot of agonising pain on Saturday, I had an infection and dying nerve that was needing immediate treatment, my own dentist was unable to fit me in, until Thursday this week but Saturday night things peaked and I needed help, and the Night and Day Emergency dentist was able to help. They saw me that night and after offering truthful advise they were able to perform the tooth extraction there and then, and have since followed up with a text to check on my welfare. I was very happy with the help they provided.

I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. They were very reassuring throughout my appointment and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The practice itself looks amazing—clean, modern, and well maintained—and it’s clear that great care goes into every detail. An excellent team and a great atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them!

After 48 hours of immense pain and a dental visit with my usual surgery I came away deflated and still in pain. I contacted the clinic just after midday and was booked in two hours later for a consultation and given treatment immediately after this. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough Dr Shak and nurse Shay. Both of these professionals are absolute assets to your company and made me feel so comfortable.
