Possibly the worse dentist i have ever had the pleasure of using . The dentist is clueless. Carried out a routine filling to one back tooth completely messed it up . I was in pain for weeks . It took two weeks to get a appointment to be told that it needed pulling out . But told they couldn't do it!!. so got sent to keyworth dentist to pull it out . Never been back . Reading the reviews tell you everything you need to know.

Dentist has cancelled my appointment and pushed it back 3 times since March this year. Rang August to make an appointment only to be told they only have availability in November so I took that appointment only for that to be cancelled 3 days before I’m due to go so they’ve dıcked about 4 times and when I rang up the receptionist who was rude unhelpful putting the phone down on me. Would you not be pissed off being messed around this much?

I booked and paid £100 in advance for an Air Flow Hygienist Appointment at My Dentist Cotgrave. Only after my appointment was I informed that the equipment had been broken for weeks, meaning the service I had paid for could never be delivered. I received a shortened, incomplete clean lasting about 10 minutes, with visible stains left behind. Despite this, the practice has refused to refund the £100 I paid, insisting on only a £30 partial refund — even though I did not book or agree to a different treatment. My dentist Cancelled my appointment, now have to wait another month. And that's only because there was a cancellation otherwise I'd have to wait 3 months. How can a dentist cancel an appointment after 5 months of waiting, stating they are at capacity. The appointment date was made with plenty of time and availability but cancelled anyway. So whats the point of making an appointment in the first place. Don't make sense yet advertising they can take more patients. Clearly not.
