I came to this dental surgery as a new patient for private treatment, where I'd normally had NHS treatment. Much like Amy's recent review, I was very surprised to learn that I'd need two fillings for the first time, when I'd kept up good dental hygiene. I had an appointment as a new patient a month ago by Dr Alina. I waited for an hour (as well as being left alone with no receptionist in the waiting room) and the whole appointment was rushed in a clearly stressed environment. I appreciate the practice was busy and understaffed that day but it was not handled professionally. I was told that four teeth were decaying and that three would require fillings. I was asked to take my review down by the dentist because it made the surgery look bad and because of my nice nature I did get builled into it but I am now going to speak my mind this is an awful dentist, my appointments where always being cancelled, waiting times sometimes up to half hour to an hour, my teeth have fallen out at the front with the composte bonding done by alina.
