So I’m 56 years old and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist. From the reception girls, the dental assistants and Mayada Al Douri the dentist thank you for being so welcoming, thorough, caring and informative. And to top it off welcomed myself and my wife as NHS patients which we haven’t been able to find for the last 2 years. 😀
Chantelle the hygienist is excellent. Very calm gentle and reassuring. Adapts her methods to suit me and is very professional. Would highly recommend. She also managed to get me an appointment with the dentist as she had spotted a cancellation! The dentist Maria Christina was delightful. Very warm and welcoming and gave me ample time to answer questions. I am also extremely grateful that she is NHS!
Had my first check-up at this dental practice today and was really impressed. The dentist was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The whole environment was calm, professional, and pleasantly relaxing for a clinical setting. Everything ran efficiently from start to finish. I’m actually looking forward to future visits — which says a lot for a trip to the dentist!
called up for emergency wisdom removal, didn’t have any NHS space but my god was that receptionist the nicest and most helpful person i have ever spoken to in customer service. didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was so sweet!
