First visit today and I am very impressed. Nice bright reception and friendly receptionists. A female dentist was unexpected but nice to have. Talked me through all my issues and the plan needed. After 20 years elsewhere in Eastwood this was a refreshing change. Pleased I have found this practice. Recommended to friends already!

If your a nervous patient I can highly recommend Rukhsar. She has been very gentle and it’s the first extraction I’ve ever had with so little pain. The prices are reasonable and the initial check up included 2 xrays. All the staff I have had contact with there are highly professional and always courteous

Was registered on private as was told they were not accepting NHS patients.Could not afford to pay for the filling at the moment, asked if I could take away the proposed treatment plan and ring back when I had the money available. Was told I would have to pay £60 to hold an appointment otherwise they would have to cancel treatment plan all together! To which I refused- so they cancelled it- a whole appointment and my time wasted. As a patient you should be able to decide when you want to proceed with a treatment without having to pay to hold a slot for it. On top of this the price had gone…

My dentist left unfortunately in September. When I enquired about an appointment, in December I was told to phone back in March (that wasnt for an appointment) that was only to find out when a dentist, maybe starting. If I have any problems then I was told I needed to phone 111. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they'd left too and given a generic email address.
