About this dentist practice. I would like to highly commend my dentist, Ricky. He is exceptionally polite, caring, and professional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a significant contrast in the service provided by the front desk. While some reception staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and greet you well making the patient feel welcome, I have found other reception staff to be quite dismissive and unhelpful. I have a real fear, of Dentists and my dentist Jondida instantly Makes me feel relaxed and welcome. Her expertise and knowledge is second and none . I was given a cancellation and didn’t have to wait too long for my treatment. I always find the staff friendly and they all seem very efficient and good at what they do. I actually don’t mind visiting the Dentist now .
It was my first consultation at Eastwood dental, with me having really bad dental anxiety, I took the leap and changed my dental practice, I had Ricky (dentist) and Jayde (dental nurse) they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Took it step by step so I didn’t get overwhelmed. Explained everything for my understanding. Very friendly, patient and understanding. I have more confidence for when I go back for my treatments. Recently registered at this Dental Practice and so far I’m really satisfied! The check up app was within days since calling, however extraction appointment was scheduled 3 weeks ahead. Sooner appointment was possible when I called first thing in the morning- managed to get appointments the same day. My dentist is really friendly and swift, very polite and professional. Car park is available across the street behind pub or round the corner. Highly recommend!
