Firstly I’d like to address their stupid policy That their specialist only works 2 days a week so good look getting an appointment if your braces are snapped. Their was an accident making us late and. The receptionist refused for us to go to our appointment Then was extremely arrogant and argumentative. As tried to plead to the receptionist but she was being arrogant again. Blackmailing us saying if you miss another appointment your gonna be discharged .And now I’m having to wait 4 months for my next appointment if your getting braces done don’t come here if you want to wait 5 years
EMO provide a truly brilliant service. They resolved problems for both my children, and we are extremely grateful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mike, Nottingham.
My daughter received braces for the first time and was very satisfied with the service provided by this clinic. Everyone is friendly. Special thanks to Ms. C Howard for her passionate and professional attitude, who made my daughter and I feel at ease immediately.
Fantastic, friendly, and very clean. Staff are very efficient and talk to me as my son is undergoing treatment, letting me know what's happening, etc. Cannot rate them highly enough.
