Aesthetic Dental Studio

I visited yesterday for an emergency dental appointment. I found the female dentist to be very thorough and personable. I was surprised at how much time she gave me, and how warm and approachable she was. Although I didn't require any treatment, I was really grateful at how she reassured me and informative she was. I have now signed up as a patient!

After finding this dentist accepted new NHS patients, I emailed them with my concerns and need to book an appointment. I was booked in within days for my initial examination. I had expressed that I'm an extremely nervous patient, and was met with kindness and profession. The dentist I saw, Rose I think her name is, was amazingly kind and patient with me through 3 appointments which concluded in an extraction and partial denture on a front tooth. The dentist “attempted” root canal and wasn’t able to complete it, she put a temporary filling in which fell out before the next appointment. More pain than before I went for appointment. Problem still not solved. Also seen a few months later and they said I’d be put for a referral for a tooth extraction which never happened due to them confusing what my wishes were. Telephone/reception staff member very hostile and rude towards me over the phone. Definitely don’t recommend this Dentist!

A Very professional dentist in a very clean environment doing an excellent job in helping and advising me to keep my teeth in good health. Will always try to see you in an emergency which is extremely appreciated if your faced with a problem. All the staff are helpful and friendly too.
