Church End Dental Centre

I wish I could give no star! I have been with this dental service from a young age and I’ve never found this place great. They rush you and judge you with their hidden remarks behind their “advice”. There was only one good dentist who sadly passed away, but the others are just rude and provide you with judgement along with your treatments including the receptionist and they never answer the phone? I have missed a few appointments due to illness previously, but I had a dental emergency and was in urgent need of an appointment, waited 30 minutes on the phone, left a voicemail, booked an onlin…

Whoever is on the phone at reception is so rude. I booked an appointment last week, I’ve booked time off work for it and then today I get a text saying it’s cancelled. I called up to ask why and the receptionist was so rude and dismissive and told me I need to find a new practice or call 111 as they aren’t taking new patients, even though I have been registered as a patient since September? Her response was that I’m just telling them now that I need an appointment, I didn’t realise I’m supposed to keep in constant contact with the dentist to let them know when I might make an appointment. My experiences with the wonderful Ewa and Freddie have always been amazing, as someone who had a fear of dentists for years 5*. kind, reassuring and patient. However, the receptionist I spoke to recently regarding an appointment was terrible, rude, and cut me off, which really made me think twice about coming back 1*.

I want to book appointment for the check up my teeth's . When i called the receptionist was very rude. After that, when i attended my appointment on the day again the same receptionist was there ans she told me that you misses your appointment. I asked why? She said you came late and i wasn't late i was on the time exactly the time she booked for me because the doctor when she seen she also told me that yes my appointment was 2:40pm.
