Petts Hill Dental Practice

I visited Petts Hill Dental Practice today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My previous appointment had already been changed by the practice because the dentist had an emergency, which I fully understand can happen. However, when I arrived today I had to struggle up the stairs to the reception area due to my age and medical condition. There is no lift and the treatment rooms are upstairs, which could be very difficult for elderly or disabled patients. As I entered I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist team. Dr Ameer was very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation, he is brilliant at what he does, especially accompanied by such a talented assistant. The lay out inside was slightly confusing (you gotta go upstairs) but once u find it you can’t miss it. Very clean and peaceful aesthetic. I feel confident and in good hands to take care of my dental health and might I add lastly this was recommend to me by my neighbour who’s been visiting for 35 years and lives it here. PS. I cannot recommend Abbey's Dental Practice enough! Every single receptionist is always smiling, attentive, and genuinely ready to help with any query or concern. It makes a huge difference in creating a stress-free environment. A special shout-out must go to Dr. Imran. He is absolutely phenomenal, especially with children. My kids actually look forward to their appointments now, which is something I never thought I'd say about a trip to the dentist! I had a dnetal emergency today and was seen by dr Ameer right away. The dentist was very professional , kind and solved my issue so quickly. He explained me everything clearly, made me feel ay ease and handelled the treatment with great skill and care. Excellent care from Yunisha and laxmi too. highly recommend
