I’ve recently visited and had treatment and took my daughter a couple of days ago for a check up! She needs a filling. The next available appointment (for the filling), is in February!!!! Surely that’s too long to wait?? Don’t you think? The same happened with my treatment. There was several months between check up and treatment. By the time I received the treatment, not only was my tooth rotten, my root was too!! Love our dentist. He’s great. Lovely Man. But the waiting times for treatments are absolutely insane!! I know it’s not the dentists fault. But the system needs addressing massivel…
Maddie is absolutely brilliant, I explained that I had a pain just below my nose when I pressed it. She listened, asked questions and took X-rays. As nothing was found she thought it may have been due to my sinuses. I had also recently had surgery to my lip and she gave me good advice concerning the nerve damage and what I should do to ease it. Great service, couldn’t ask for more.
As always pleasant professional staff at all levels. Clean, comfortable surroundings and they make the experience as pleasant as possible. Reminders beforehand very useful, no problem booking subsequent appointments.
My dentist is great, can't fault him. Expensive and long waiting times. If the lift isn't working the practice is not accessible to people with mobility issues and disabled people. I had one visit where on arrival I discovered that the lift hadn't been working for 3 days. I had to crawl up the stairs with help from a stranger or be penalised for non attendance. If the lift is out-of order then they need to let people know.
