I had a great experience at Northampton Dental Hub today. I am a new patient and had a general check-up to see where my dental hygiene was. Syed and Maks were fantastic — friendly, professional, and really put me at ease. Syed explained everything clearly, and Maks was very attentive throughout the appointment. The practice is clean, modern, and well-organized. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of care and will definitely be returning soon for more treatments. My name is Delilah and I am 10 years old. They were really good and I think people should start going to Northampton dental hub more. Dr Ibrahim and nurse Jade were very kind and helpful, they really did a good job of looking after me, taking my poorly tooth out and felt really happy and safe with them. I had a great experience at this dental practice. Jade at the front desk was amazing and incredibly welcoming. She was friendly kind and very helpful from the moment I arrived and made the whole process easy and stress free. She really went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable right away. Nabeel was an excellent dentist. He was professional gentle and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The whole appointment felt smooth calm and well organized. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Had an emergency last night was able to see a dentist within the hour, front of house was amazing, Jade really made the process seamless, i was able to see Nabeel and Maks right away and got booked in for a replacement the next day. They booked me in for a follow up first thing and I was done in an hour. 100% recommend the service and practice they are amazing. Giving serious thought to signing up with the practice as my main dentists after this experience.
