Great service from the clinicians: pleasant, good communication and advice. Poor communication about changing pricing from the practice. Went to pay and found out they'd doubled the deposit for booking the next treatment, no letter or e-mail outlining this change, receptionist said they were just just telling people when they came to pay. Management investing time in communication about changes in advance would improve the experience for both customers and the receptionists. I would like to sincerely thank dental therapist Ammu Palatty Paul for the excellent treatment I received. She did a great job with my filling and cleaning, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Ammu also gave very helpful oral hygiene advice, which I really appreciated. She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Receptionist was very polite and welcoming, I went in on time too. Dentist was very thorough, she explained everything clearly and discussed actions forward too. Was a very positive experience on this occasion.

I have been a patient at this practice since I was 17 when it was on St Giles Street. My children and now my Granddaughter are also patients. I have always found the reception staff and dental assistants friendly. My dentist, Meghana, is kind and caring and explains everything. I have never had a bad experience and my treatment is always good.
