I would give this service more than five if I could. Dr Diana Trifu was amazing when i needed emergency dental care. She listened carefully to what i needed and did a great job. The booking was easy, the price was good, the nurse assisting was great too. Very skilled, with top customer service. Would highly recommend.

Professional and friendly dentist. I'm a nervous patient and my second time visiting Dr Diana Trifu was to fix a broken tooth. Diana was patient and used techniques to calm me. My tooth was fixed quickly and more importantly very well. Very happy with advice I received and results.

What a welcoming friendly place! Reception staff listen and are helpful, lovely relaxing area to sit and wait. I’ve been coming to Miss Williams for many many years (must be 18 years or more! )and once she treated me, I stayed with her and moved where she went! She is fantastic! I was such a nervous patient and always had to take someone with me, over the last few years here at St Crispins dental practice, she has given me confidence to over come my fears and I’ve even had a wisdom tooth out and went all by myself! I am not a regular customer here, but I broke a tooth and needed an urgent appointment. Dr Richard Staincliffe was able to accommodate me and prepared me over the phone on what treatment I might need in the worst case scenario, which I really appreciated. Once I arrived, he was very kind and patient (I'm generally nervous about going to the dentist so this was really helpful), he explained everything thoroughly and involved me in the decision making on the treatment options. Highly recommended practice.
