Had to have a tooth out yesterday and I was scared. Dr Rameen was brilliant - talked me through everything and answered my questions respectfully. He took care of the extraction with the utmost care, was gentle , efficient and reassuring. Post extraction I had minimal discomfort. I am very pleased. Well done !

My partner has had her last 4 check up appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment and this morning the receptionist was very rude and just put the phone down when trying to explain how frustrating this whole situation is, mine and my son’s appointment where not cancelled and I offered for my partner to take my appointment but they wouldn’t let her do it as they have put her under a different dentist which we were never notified about until today. I left this practice 1.5 or maybe 2 years ago now probably but wanted to share my experience. I was told that I needed a filling. I've been lucky with my teeth and have never had braces or fillings so far. He showed me where I needed a filling on the x-ray and I couldn't see it... He had to change the exposure of the x-ray so much for me to slightly see something. That immediately made me suspicious. Then they tried to suggest I need it doing asap as it will only get worse. My first time receiving treatment here (filling, xrays, clean and polish).....I'm a very nervous patient but there was no need to be. Dentist was very gentle and I felt no pain! Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 was an admin error when I came to pay. Highly recommend them though.
