Grange Park Dental Practice

I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. The dentist explained the reasons as to why such a long wait. The dentist was thorough, polite and informative. Would be 5* if I didn’t have to wait so long sat on a wooden chair. Communication too would have been helpful.

I went to Grange Dental Practice today for a filling and treatment. It was a good experience from start to finish. Reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were friendly and worked together like a well oiled machine to carry out my filling and treatment efficiently, painlessly and with consideration. I was given good advice and booked in for a follow-up check up. Thank you. S.

I've been a patient here for over a decade but service in recent years is really poor. The dentists themselves are great. Reception and admin is really poor. Appointments are constantly cancelled and it's a pain to call back every time to rebook. As others note there seems to be a lapse in basic logic of booking people in on dentists none working days. I've also been told the wrong date before. It's way more hassle than it ever needs to be.

Shocking service or should I say no service at all! Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and receptionist signed me in and told me to take a seat. I waited a further 10 minutes to be called for my appointment only to be called over by the receptionist who then told me my appointment has been cancelled today. I asked her why as I had been early and even paid for a taxi to get here on time. She went on to explain that my appointment had been double booked and I couldn’t be seen today.
