I honestly cannot thank this emergency dental team enough. I am terrified of the dentist — full-on anxiety — and from the moment I made contact, I was treated with genuine care and kindness. Had excellent service from eveyone at the practice today. After unexpected toothache, they managed to fit me the same day (which was great, especially as it was a Sunday) and were friendly and reassuring and I was given medication there so didn't even have to go and find a pharmacy. Would highly recommend.

Dear Practice Manager, I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent emergency dental appointment. I attended the appointment due to significant tooth pain and was expecting treatment to help resolve the issue. However, no treatment was provided. I have been referred by 111 on an emergency appointment to this practice on Easter Monday. Initially when I called they were fully booked and then they called me back to offer an appointment later that afternoon which was a godsend as I was in agony. Excellent facilities with parking, waiting room and accessible toilet on the ground floor, absolutely brilliant staff, the receptionist was very polite and both the dentist as well as her assistant were brilliant.
