The High Street Dental Practice

My experience at this dental surgery was extremely disappointing due to the receptionist’s unprofessional and dismissive attitude. From the moment I arrived, the front desk offered no courtesy, clarity, or willingness to help. This lack of basic customer service made the entire visit unpleasant and reflects poorly on the practice. Management should urgently address the behaviour at reception to ensure patients are treated with the respect they deserve.

Great dentist. He couldn't have been more considerate when dealing with my pain. Took a while to complete my treatment but his patience and understanding settled my anxiety. Well done
