Dentists always nice and good. But always change your appointment you can sign up for appointment in morning and by afternoon they call and need to change it for different day I had it at least 7 out of 10 times . And they sent you reminder of your appointment with a medical form to fill out it’s the slowest digital form I ever filled out, it’s 2026 update the software what you use for these medical forms it’s a joke took me 30 mins to log in and answer like 10 questions.
Extremely disappointed with his dentist. Had no problems with them in the last 10 years until now. Tried to change my partners appointment. He works night shifts and was stuck in London and wouldn't make it back in time. Receptionist was very rude and said he has to change the appointment himself. I explained the situation and she said he has to do it. I stated I would like an email address to submit a formal complaint. Apparently, they don't have an email. So my partner now has no appointment booked in. I will be taking this further.
Had a positive experience Jessica, Kate and the nurse made me feel comfortable and cared for they talked me through the whole procedure, super professional and friendly
We have been patients at this dentist for a number of years now and the care has always been outstanding. The dentists, nurses and admin staff are very professional and polite, and make every effort to ensure that care is inclusive for all and delivered to an extremely high standard. Kate Waldron is our dentist and provides care that really is of the highest standard, she shows compassion, patience and understanding. As someone who has feared dental care for much of my life I can honestly say that fear has resolved, and we feel very lucky to have such fantastic care.
