MyDentist – Advanced Oral Health Centre, New Road, Newtown

After an initial check up, I discussed looking at aligners to straighten my teeth. I’m glad I did because I am over the moon with the final result. The whole process and my experience has been fantastic. Adnan and Michala are both a great asset to the business and were caring, informative and professional throughout. The reception team have always been very friendly and were always welcoming and happy to help. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful dentist practice I can't praise the staff highly enough. I used to be extremely nervous of the dentist but not anymore. The receptionists are lovely, really helpful and welcoming. The seating area is very calm and relaxing. I had a filling in my front tooth today and are super pleased it looks perfect. I couldn't be happier. The dental nurse was brilliant and my dentist Adnan was brilliant so reassuring and he always does an amazing job and oh boy I've had some work done over the years. I always speak highly about your practice. Thank you to everyone at My Dentist.

Fantastic service. The dentist is lovely, shares lots of information and gives opportunities to ask questions. The receptionists are lovely too, very helpful, polite and friendly. The appointment system is very good, and I like the reminders so I don't forget. Excellent all round.

8 times today I have had to listen to the preamble intro and 8 times today after listening to this I get “your call cannot be completed” then the call terminates… newsflash 2025 called and said “how about introducing a voicemail for customers to leave messages”.
