I usually dont visit the dentist unless its imperative that I go due to a bad experience in the past. When I visited here uzzy the dentist was so chilled and calm and put me at ease. Explained everything to me before he did anything and fully involved me in the process. I would quite happily go here again anytime. The reception staff were so polite and helped me through the paperwork I needed to complete as well. If carlsberg made dentists, They would have made Clifton dental practice.
Can't fault this dental practise. I needed emergency treatment just before Christmas and the reception staff went the extra mile to fit me in. Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpful and knowledeable as was the skilled dentist. He was very good at explaining the procedure and putting me at ease, which was much appreciated.
As usual, friendly efficient service in pleasant surroundings. Plenty of discreet reminders. Only downside was a problem in accessing the portal to update medical data before my appointment, easily solved by reception on arrival for my appointment.
After many years of not going to a dentist, I plucked up the courage to visit Clifton Dental. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the dental treatment i have had has been caring and pain free. I cannot say I look forward to visiting the dentist but when my next checkup is due I do not hesitate to book.
