Ponthir Dental Practice (Restore Dental Group)

Been a patient there for years, only because I couldn’t find another dentist. Never listened to what I said or wanted, it was always about saving teeth even if they were causing agony.

Phoned 4/3 months ago to get an appointment for a tooth that had cracked. Was told as my dentist only worked Wednesday I could not see another dentist but they would pass my information on to the dentist to ring me. 3/4 months later still no phone call. Previously had an appointment to see a dentist about teeth implants. Turned up 15 minutes early as my appointment was 2.30pm. 3pm came and I got up and informed the young receptionist I was not waiting any further. The worst dentist I could wish to be with. Have moved to a very polite and professional dentist.

What an amazing experience at Restore. I have to mention Jo, Katie and Aimee especially for their exceptional customer service. Other staff members are always pleasant, helpful and courteous. I have to thank you all so much. Not to forget Zoe who always goes above and beyond to care for you. I wish you well and hope to see you soon. Thanks for your kindness. Chris.

Was triaged to here yesterday for an emergency NHS appointment and couldn’t fault them at all. Mohammad was brilliant, made me feel at ease and explained every step of the procedure. He went above and beyond and can’t thank him enough, thank you!
