Bupa Dental Care – Newport

I was looking for a more local dental practice to join after moving back to South Wales and I'm glad I chose Bupa Dental Care Newport. Front desk/reception staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional. The dentist I saw, Medi Panahei was polite, friendly, professional, easy to talk to, I felt at ease. I felt comfortable and looked after. His assistant was also friendly, smiley and professional. The hygienist, Sally Haruna2, was a bit delayed calling me in but she was running late I think but she was lovely professional, polite, friendly, helpful, honest.

Thought I’d give Bupa Dental Care Newport a try with dental cleaning and I am extremely glad i did! Was overall an excellent experience. Receptionists are warm and friendly. Checking in was easy and waiting time was almost non existent. The clinic is very easy to find and it is very clean. Majid and Kelly (apologies if i got the name wrong), were so lovely! Very patient, friendly, professional and informative. In my view, they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Amazing dental practice and the best I've been with. Recently moved to the area and was signed up with no issue and have had two super friendly visits! All the staff are amazing, and cannot thank the reception team enough for their helpfulness and how friendly they are. Thanks all!

Medi is a very good dentist especially if you are nervous. They are quick and helpful. All of the staff there are lovely too. I spent years avoiding the dentist but this dentist is welcoming and professional.
