Worse dental practise, I phoned 8.30 am and was third in the queue, yet they couldn't or wouldn't fit me in because I'm non paying and in my 60s. Yet they talk about customer care. Receptionist spoke to me with an unfriendly manner, maybe because she saw my address and area I come from. Not a dentist to reccomend here they have issues big issues.

Disappointed with my emergency appointment where the dentist couldn’t be bothered to put a temp filling in the gap where food keeps getting and giving me a lot of pain and on top of that had to pay for the emergency appointment where he did absolutely nothing. Then I’m told I need to do a filling privately and no appointments till 9 march. Shocking for a private payer can’t get an earlier appointment so now I have to spend my day in and look around other dentists for appointment to sort my tooth pain not good service anymore as previously Dr Hussain would have done something but now new den…

When I was a patient I didn't care when I was charged for a tooth extraction so …

I have recently joined this dentist after the closure of my previous one. This week I had my first checkup on Monday and an emergency appointment on Tuesday. Both were carried out with great expertise and professionalism and I was really impressed at having everything explained so clearly. The dentist on Monday was Max, but I’m not sure who treated me on Tuesday - it was a young woman. Both were great. I have frequent head pain already because I’m waiting for an urgent sinus operation. Nothing to do with my teeth, but to have toothache as well was adding insult to injury! Since having this…
