Consistently of a very high standard and exceeding expectations. From Daisy, the helpful, polite and proactive dental nurse/receptionist, with the Estelle, the dentist always outstanding and the dental therapist/hygienist, Amy, easily the best I have come across. Thank you all - you make a formidable team.
1st Hygienist appointment with Amy- she was so lovely and re-assuring, explained everything she was about to do and communicated everything so well. Gave me plenty of breaks when/if needed and was really encouraging. Gave me some tips that no other hygienist has ever mentioned. I can honestly say my teeth have never looked so sparkly!
Very professional and efficient. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Ash explained each step of the process in easy to understand terms and was very attentive during the work he carried out. The dental hygienist was very thorough and attentive, giving great advice about on-going dental hygiene. Well deserved 5 stars.
Dreaded appointment with hygienist today but Amy was fabulous. She was so kind and gentle and my teeth feel amazing. Thank you Amy
