I always have absolute faith and trust in the practice. Excellent dentist. Fabulous staff.
After decades of my loyalty they go private, but I remained. Until they cancel my appointment without telling me and when I called them. - purely by chance - the receptionist was extremely rude (aggressive ). Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future. They need to learn that when people are paying for private health care they expect a level of service that this dentist clearly can’t provide
Very nervous as having my first filling , dentist James was lovely and patient and I didn’t feel a thing . All staff were great thank you all .
Great dentist. I’m usually scared of the dentist but here they made me feel calm. Would recommend.
