Newmarket Dental Surgery

I’m writing this review after an extremely upsetting experience at this dental clinic regarding a serious dental abscess. I contacted them about the emergency and was told to call back the next day after 11:00 AM. When I called, I was given an appointment for the following day at 3:00 PM not ideal for something clearly urgent, but I took what I could get. Due to the pain, I had to take strong painkillers and ibuprofen after that call and ended up missing the appointment. I received a message soon after stating that because I missed that one appointment, I would never be seen by them again …

I would like to thank the whole team for my tooth extraction today. They are simply the best. The wait was long but they clearly helped to sort a day for me. Rugile, the dentist was exceptional and very attentive. Herself and her assistant made sure everything was fine before I could leave. Thanks again guys. Highly recommended practice. The best in Newmarket so far 💯💥

extremely unsatisfied with the care provided by this establishment. my orthodontist is incredibly rude, appointments are ineffective and too far apart in coherence to effective progress, brackets constantly fall off and leave my mouth shredded and in agony. overall would not recommend.

As someone who has had bad experiences in my youth with other dentists, Dr Horan and his staff are fantastic at making me feel at ease to sit in the chair. Really glad Dr Horan is my dentist and his assistant is great too
