Lynne and I have recently joined Claris Dental in Newmarket and we genuinely couldn’t be happier. Michael and the whole team are fantastic — caring, friendly and highly professional throughout. What really stood out to us is the approach. At our previous practice it often felt like every visit was about how much work could be done and how much it would cost. I had the biggest phobia for dentists i was absolutely freaked out until i came across Claris dental i am now changed for good !! Let me just start with how glamorous the place is so beautiful . Wow they have exceeded my exceptions in so many ways Dr Platten is the absolute best he was so gentle and very patient with me kept asking of im doing ok and it felt good knowing i was in good hands . I had an absolutely incredible experience at Claris Dental in Newmarket. From the moment we arrived, Michael and the entire team made us feel so welcome and well cared for. After having severe dental phobia since childhood Claris Dental has really changed the game for me. I can happily say I am now so much more relaxed after attending multiple appointments here. The crying & the rise in heart rate sometimes just at the thought/booking & visiting the dentist has stopped! Now coming for treatment is much more manageable.
