I am a nervous patient with a severe gag reflex. Johan and Lynsey made me feel at ease and were able to successfully perform root canal surgery. They were amazing! Ingrid copes well with my problems and is very patient with me when I have a hygienist appointment with her and I am very thankful. The receptionists are always very understanding and deal with my questions quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend the team at Dentata Charta. They are an incredible team!

The check-up was the most thorough I’ve ever had, and everything was explained so clearly. The hygienist appointment was brilliant too, professional and so reassuring. I was recommended by my hairdressers sharon to come and see johan about advice and treatment. Best recommendation ever. I've been so please with my treatments and the friendly staff. Big shout out to lyndsey as she always makes me feel calm as I'm a nervous patient. My hygienist is very good too, and always talks me through everything.
