Today’s visit was for Dr.Oretti to examine the implants he inserted 3months ago and change the healing caps. Parking was stress free. The receptionists were pleasant and professional. Dr.Oretti came to meet me in the waiting room at the appointed time. His manner was professional and courteous, as usual. He examined the implants and changed the caps. The insertion of the caps was a little uncomfortable but he did warn me. He took X-rays of the implants and showed me that they were both in an optimum position and the bone had healed well. Came in a new patient with emergency temp. crown repair, I am covered by Bupa and hadnt used them before. Great, fast service, seen same day, wasnt overly busy, ran on time, fixed for free (covered by my plan). Modern, clean practice with friendly dentists and staff, I can be a nervous patient but felt at ease here.

I recently had my first crown tooth put into place at Bupa Dental Care Newbury, Pentangle. There wasn't much of my original tooth left. The new crown was expertly fitted. It feels very comfortable and gives me great confidence to know it is strong and looks very natural. I very much appreciate the great care I received during my treatment.
