I really appreciate the professional care and attention given by dentist Afif Hanif and hygienist Meryl Colley. As someone who finds attendance at the dentist slightly nerve racking, my hygienist appointment with Meryl is gentle, thorough, the procedures are discussed and you are kept informed about what is happening. Afif has a wealth of knowledge, is very professional, efficient, friendly and always puts you at ease. It is a very reassuring process. Thank you

Choosing a dentist is overwhelming but I’m glad I found The Briars. When I walk in for any appointment, the front desk team make me feel welcome. They’re friendly and warm and it’s impressive how the receptionist remembers and asks about small things I mentioned at previous visits - it’s these thoughtful details that help make the whole experience better. The dentists themselves never make me feel rushed and I always leave feeling like I’ve been given clear guidance and honest advice with no pressure. Even when I’ve had to see someone different for an emergency appointment, I feel reassured…

As a very nervous patient I've put off the dentist for a long time. I choose Briars because of their facilities and the service has been incredible. No judgement for your fear, the team are so kind and supportive, and work with you to resolve issues and help with anxiety, even when you get overwhelmed. I honestly can not recommend them enough, from reception onwards the staff are fantastic, and with such incredible facilities, its great being able to have all work done in one place.

I don’t normally write reviews,nor do I like going to the dentist, however this has changed after going to the Briars. The receptionists, Naeema and Ila, greeted me from the first appointment with a friendly smile and a cheerful greeting. The correspondence I have had with them has been timely,well written and clear to understand.They are a great front of house team for the Briars. Chelsea, Shamila and Afif have , in their own areas of expertise , addressed my dental needs in an open, honest and professional manner.
