I have been a patient with this practice in its various forms since 1981 and as always, have received a very professional services from both Claire the Hygienist & Nikhil the Dentist. Who both keep you informed with what they are doing and discuss ways of improving my dental care. You cannot ask for more.
Recently I have needed a significant amount of dental treatment. On each visit the reception staff have been very welcoming and friendly. Dr Shah and the dental nurse always make you feel relaxed. Treatment is always undertaken in a very professional way taking great care with myself as the patient.
Great dentists: all staff are friendly and helpful and the dentist always explains what he's doing and why. Dental appointments are never going to be pleasant but these are as close as they could be and haven't hurt me yet. I also never have the feeling they're trying to push treatments on me in order to make more money, like I have with other dentists.
Have given up with this place. Terrible parking, have been blocked in a number of times. 1 appointment, the dentist/hygenist was so late and ended up leaving. 2nd appointment, they were late again, got left for 20+ mins before being told they weren't coming in because of traffic problems. Can't get appointments for months and can't do it online. People are nice but that's about it really.
