Extremely disappointed with the service. I have a cracked crown and persistent pain, but getting clear information or records from them is a struggle. Even with 20 days' notice, the refund process and communication are very difficult. Looking for a dentist who actually cares about patient health and transparency. Avoid if you want peace of mind

My daughter needed a filling. She was frightened and nervous about what was going to happen. The dentist didn't talk her through what was going to happen to put her at ease,( we have but like any child they like to hear it from someone else ) my wife's a hairdresser and said she would not do anyone's hair without telling them what's going to happen as bad customer service. Avoid at all costs. I booked a checkup which, having been an NHS patient all my life, I assumed was an NHS checkup. When I arrived I was told it was a private checkup. So I queried it and was told I would be put back on as an NHS patient. I've just turned up to discuss treatment options only to be told that because I attended a private checkup I have to now stay private. They said that trainees are taking calls and booking appointments; they are making mistakes but they learn by experience - I get that, but it shouldn't be at the patients expense with no offer of a solution!!! Never Ever Visit here.Or Visit if you want to experience unbearable pain for ever. Inexperienced Practitioner leaves you to traumatice situations and raises hands on the name of non doable solutions… No Medicines No advice further.. A normal teeth filling with no pain initially lead to 3 Urgent appointments and no relief at all.
