Pillory Street Dental Practice

I had been with my previous dentist over 10 years without any problems then stupidly changed to Pillory Street as it was nearer. After just a few months I left them today without another NHS dentist lined up but no dentist at all would be better than them. Want a dentist with personality who puts you at ease? You’re not getting that. Want a scale and polish that is no better than anywhere else? £90 and they will then try to sell you an electric toothbrush for £100! Only waited about 10 mins for appointment. I had a check up. Claudia was really lovely. Very friendly and welcoming . Enter thorough examination she explained that one filling was required; and the difference between having it done privately or on NHS. I was informed of both prices and no rush to make my decision. The two reasons for 4* is due to : The steep stairs! Hopefully when l can no longer manage them l can ask for an appointment downstairs; I find it very sad that there are different treatments for private and NHS. But l suppose that is how it is!!

Just had a fantastic experience at the Hygienist, the ladies were fantastic and patient. My teeth feels a million dollars now. They took the time to explain every step and gave fantastic advice. Just been on Amazon and ordered what I was advised to use. Thank you.

Had a really good Experience, I was a bit concerned with costs and procedures but the dentist took his time to explain it all , NHS options available and best way forward for the future. Wasn’t rushed or pressured. Will continue to make it my go to dentist.
