Had a root canal filling, and I have to say it was the best treatment I have ever had. Pete is an excellent dentist. He kept me really calm as I have a phobia of dentists. He explained in great detail what was happening. Along with Janine who was fantastic and very caring they made my visit very good. I have been coming to this practice for seven years and recently saw one of the new dentists, Dr Bisma, after the practice changed hands. She was phenomenal—thorough, clear in her explanations, and very hands-on in showing me how to improve things at home. I noticed a dramatic improvement within days. The dental nurse, Emma Rowe, was also excellent: calm, friendly, and very clear when giving instructions, which made the whole experience even better. I just wanted to highly recommend this dental practice after some treatment I received today. I've been attending for check-ups and cleans for just under two years and have had a consistently positive experience. Over Christmas, I unfortunately cracked a pre-molar quite badly and saw Bisma, a dentist I'd not met before. She diagnosed the issue and presented solutions with confidence and efficiency, and we were able to book an appointment quickly for treatment.
