Nantwich Smile Design

I had to take my toddler in after he had a fall and unfortunately chipped his 2 front teeth. I was so impressed with the measures they have in place for covid, we sanitised our hands on arrival and again before we left. This was his first trip to the dentist and Jen was great with my little boy, he walked into the surgery happy and confident, climbing straight into the chair. Phil checked his teeth and again was great with him and also gave me lots of reassurance as I was panicking. Couldn’t thank them enough, highly recommend this surgery for amazing dental care!

I did not have a very good experience with this practice sadly. The treatment plan took a lot longer than I was originally told, this was.due to cancelled appointments by them, losing impressions and having to have them done again and waiting as long as 4 weeks between appointments unnecessarily. Dr Philip Hewitt has poor communication skills and during my appointment I was not told what to expect before he started treatment nor did he reassure or check to see if I was ok during long intensive drilling. Was introduced to Nantwich smile design when my veneer broke on my front tooth it was horrendous because I was going away two days later and it was a bank holiday . I was not going To go away to parga looking that that . But they came to my rescue. Phill who did me a temporary crown did a brilliant job . Since them phill has worked a miracle had a new bridge and new crowns . Also whitening trays . I feel much more confident and smile a full smile a lot more .the girls are so amazing they are very professional and so caring and make u feel at ease as I was a nervous patient but not anymore …

We travel from Shropshire to see Phil and the team, as they are great with myself and the children too. After years of avoiding the dentist apart from emergencies it’s great to have found somewhere I feel comfortable enough to go regularly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
